• Water Loss Technician

             Duties include:

                  - Responding to emergency residential water losses.

                  - Setting up equipment for dry out

                  - Lift and move customer's personal contents.

                  - Writing up job scope and completing necessary forms.

                  - Cross train in fire mitigation including content cleaning.

                Requirements:

                   - Able to deal with customers in stressful situations

                   - Strong people skills

                   - Stable work history

                   - Available for on call duties on a rotating schedule, including long hours

                   - Able to lift 75 pounds

                   - Valid Washington state driver's license and good driving record

                    - Pass criminal background check

                   - Pass initial drug screening and random drug tests after employment.

                   - IICRC certification a plus.

                Employer provides tools and training.
                We will take applications for the water loss technician trainee position.  
                A trainee would be expected to learn procedures, systems, and methods
                   as needed for each job. 
                A trainee would work under the supervision of the lead technician with
                   the goal of learning enough to begin performing on the job on his or her own. 
                Training would take place on the job and in the classroom.

• Fire Loss Technician
  
  

  Duties Include:

  - Removing smoke and/or soot from structure and contents

  - Responding to emergency fire losses

  - Packing and moving contents for transportation

  - Meeting a high quality standard

  - Completing job scope and necessary forms

  - Cross train in water mitigation

  Requirements:

  - Able to deal with customers in stressful situations

  - Working knowledge of fire cleaning procedures and techniques.

  - Good communication skills

  - Available to work long hours and on week-ends, when necessary.

  - Able to lift 50 pounds

  - Valid Washington state driver's license and good driving record

  - Pass criminal background check

  - Pass initial drug screening and random drug tests after employment

  Employer provides tools and training

  Experience desired but not required
